Chaney Cheatham Fisher
Program Director
Chaney Cheatham Fisher is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in early childhood intervention and nonprofit leadership. Based in North Texas, Chaney has devoted her career to supporting children with developmental delays and their families through high-quality, community-based services.
Chaney’s passion extends beyond her full-time role. For over 30 summers, she has served as a volunteer counselor and director at SEEK Camp(Summer Events for Exceptional Kampers), where she creates inclusive experiences for individuals with disabilities.
Chaney holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Texas Tech University and has extensive training, working with individuals with developmental delays and disabilities including autism, supporting the needs of individuals that have experienced trauma, as well as providing high quality management and supervision of multi-county, cross functional teams.
Outside of work, Chaney enjoys lake time, family life, and caring for others. She and her husband Bobby live in Whitesboro, Texas, and are proud parents of three children: Ainsley, Molly, and Jake.
Karrie Snow
Assistant Program Director
Karrie Snow is a compassionate and experienced Early Intervention Specialist with over 25 years of working with children and families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has a passion for supporting children with disabilities and developmental delays, including those with Down syndrome and autism. Throughout her career at ECI, she has provided family-centered services across all areas of development, helping children reach their full potential while empowering parents and caregivers with practical strategies. Karrie is known for her strong communication skills, patience, and ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships with families.
Outside of work, Karrie values family and friends and enjoys creating lasting memories with them. She is a proud mother of three — Brittney, Kaylee, and Terrin — and grandmother to her grandson, Hudson. She especially enjoys watching Terrin and Hudson play sports, spending time outdoors hiking or camping, and attending concerts. Karrie brings the same energy, compassion, and dedication to her personal life as she does to her professional work.
